So, how did two “nice” girls from L.A. end up creating a website for sex toys??? Here’s our story…

We became fast friends while toiling in publicity jobs at The WB Television Network. We found we had a lot more in common than just an obsession for “Sex and the City” and Incubus, including a passion for the fun things in life like surfing, hiking, seeing live music and eating ice cream for breakfast.

We spent a lot of quality water cooler time on girl talk: boys, girls, life, love and everything in between. One night during dinner with the girls, the conversation turned from dating to sex toys. We almost peed our pants from laughing when our friend Jen told us she secretly likes to jog with her Orgasm Balls. And Kate confessed she was unable to have an orgasm with a man, but had no trouble once she discovered the Rabbit. There were, of course, a few of us who had never experimented, but admitted to being curious.

We had so much fun sharing our “dirty little secrets” that we wanted to continue the conversation, but in a bigger way. You know the old joke about men being baffled by what we talk about when we go to the ladies room, right? Wouldn’t they like to know that a lot of the time we really do end up sharing intimate secrets. This is what led us to the launch of Secrets of the Ladies Room: we wanted to create an online experience that would offer the same level of comfort you feel when chatting with your friends.
