How soon will my order ship?
We strive to have most of our packages shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Orders placed before 1pm PST Monday through Friday, will most likely go out that day.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, geography and your choice of shipping method.

What will you do with my personal information?
At Secrets of the Ladies Room, your privacy is as important to us as it is to you. Our privacy policy is strict, but simple: We do not share ANY of your personal information with anyone. No exceptions! We guarantee that you will NEVER receive any junk mail or catalogs from us or any other company.
When you order with us, we will not request a phone number. If we have any questions about your order, we will contact you by email only. We loooooove the email.
How will my package look when it arrives?
All orders from Secrets of the Ladies Room are shipped in either a plain box, with no indication at all as to the contents. The return address will read "SLR" so no one will know the contents of the box, not your mail carrier, your neighbors or your kids.
What will appear on my credit card statement?
Your Credit Card or Debit Card statement will read SLR Products. It will not say what you've purchased. Your accountant, banker or spouse will NOT be able to tell what you purchased.
Is my credit card secure?
We guarantee that every transaction you make at Secrets of the Ladies Room will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping with us. We use 128-bit secure server software (SSL), the HIGHEST LEVEL of security for secure commerce transactions. It completely encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

What is your return policy?
By following the guidelines of our RETURN POLICY you are assured a smooth return transaction and 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
Defective or Damaged Products
All claims for defects, damaged shipments or missing product components must be received within five (5) days of delivery. In the event of a defect, you may only return the product unused with complete packaging. Understandably, we cannot accept returns of used products, as we are required to adhere to strict health & hygiene regulations. Returns of defects that lack packaging or have been used may be credited very little, if at all, depending on the condition.
Please follow this simple 2-step process when returning an item:
1) Submit your claim to our Customer Support Center. Be sure to include your order number, last name and a description of your problem.
2) Once your claim has been verified you will receive an email with your Return Authorization Number and Return Shipping Address. Please allow 1 business day for a reply. We will work quickly to keep you happy.
NOTE: Unauthorized returns will not be processed. The Following Are Non-Returnable and Excluded From Our Guarantee: TOYS*, BODY PRODUCTS, LUBRICANTS, BOOKS, KITS, CLEARANCE PRODUCTS AND SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT eligible for returns or exchanges. (*We battery check all toys to ensure they are properly working prior to shipping.) We are very strict about these rules and cannot make exceptions.
